Mini Fruit & Yogurt Parfaits

Between bridal showers and baby showers, I think I go to more showers than I do actually take a shower. Okay, that may be a slight exaggeration, but seriously- so many precious friends are getting hitched or welcoming a baby right now that I just can’t keep track of the celebrations! Maybe you feel like me or perhaps are even hosting a shower that’s requiring some creative menu planning. Either way, these Mini Fruit & Yogurt Parfaits are perfect for your next gathering!

Side note if you’re not living in the “Land of Many Showers” like I am, these are also a perfect make-ahead afternoon snack when the kiddos come from from school! 🙂

We all know the star of any shower is the cake, but a fruit & yogurt parfait is a delicious and healthy item to serve amongst the bounty of indulgent treats.

Besides, the Coconut Walnut Granola is so amazing you may want a second parfait instead of cake. Ehh- well, maybe a second parfait with cake?

And these parfaits are E-A-S-Y to prepare. I’d recommend using small Dixie-size cups or other disposable plastic wear, BUT if you want to get a little fancy….. I picked up a 16 pack of candle holders for $6 at Michaels ($10 before I used a coupon).

KISS Tip: You can also set up a Fruit & Yogurt Parfait Station- let guests choose their favorite flavor of yogurt and assortment of fruit.
